- Ship all needed configs as Packwiz overrides so they persist on VPS (not overwritten on restart unless data/config wiped)

- Tuned for single-owner VPS only, idc about others per request
- Packwiz is source of truth; configs won't be overwritten on server run (they are read, not regenerated if present)
Drop the committed packwiz binary (built against glibc 2.34, incompatible
with the runner's node:20-bullseye / glibc 2.31). Instead fetch Go into
the image and 'go install github.com/packwiz/packwiz@latest' so it links
against the runner's glibc. Keeps the working inline git clone + tag-gated
release.
Replace actions/checkout, setup-go, upload-artifact with an inline git
clone and a committed packwiz binary (tools/packwiz), so the workflow
needs no outside network beyond the docker image pull and a clone from
the instance itself. Release step (tag-gated) unchanged.
Replace server-side BlueMap 5.7 with Dynmap 3.7-beta-8 to cut web-map
tile storage down to explored chunks only. Updates MapLink client config
(Dynmap / :8123), docker-compose port 8100->8123, and README.
