- terralith: skylands disabled

- ctov: town-weighted villages 6/8/3, christmas variant removed
- sereneseasons: 10-day sub-seasons, winter temp -1.0 (+fertility for parity)
- pack.toml version bumped to 1.0 in both packs

fix: unify Spell Engine to 1.7.0 + RPG 2.4 line for 1.0 compat (profile-exact)
- Revert berserker 3.0.0->2.4.7, elemental 3.0.2->2.4.9, forcemaster 3.0.0->2.4.7, witcher 3.0.0->2.4.10, archers-expansion 2.0.0->1.3.9 to match profile 1.0.1 (165 jars)
- Pin spell_engine 1.9.16->1.7.0 (jMneACVL) + spell_power 1.6.0->1.3.0 (TrBu2MF7) — satisfies all RPG fmj depends >=1.5.0/1.6.9, keeps ParticleBatch/Weapon/SB/ARM api (1.7) vs 1.9.16 missing WCM/SB/ARM and 1.10 missing PB
- Remove duplicate more-rpg-library 2.6.5 (same mod-id more_rpg_classes as 2.2.8, caused duplicate)
- Add update.modrinth to more-rpg-classes legacy pw.toml
- Refresh indexes: client 177 mods, server 140 mods, validate OK
