fix: KubeJS startup errors - remove unbreakable() and basic type

- Remove .unbreakable() from void_stabilizer item (not valid on
ItemBuilder; KubeJS forbids it)
- Remove explicit 'basic' type from quantum_lattice block creation
(defaults to basic; explicit caused unknown type error)
