fix: KubeJS client events - tooltip and JEI API changes

Browse source 
- ItemEvents.tooltip → ItemEvents.modifyTooltips (new KubeJS 2101 API)
- JEIEvents.information → RecipeViewerEvents.addInformation('item', ...)
  (JEI integration moved to unified RecipeViewerEvents system)
