- BepInEx: Patches now always-on (IsRobe/IsCharacter/HasPerk/HasOutfit true, UpdateLocked* skipped, WaitForPurchasedPetValidation skipped), GUI hidden by default, no selective checks
- native winhttp: src/main.cpp minimal HookThread that waits for GameAssembly + IL2CPP domain then installPatches (no ImGui/D3D11 dummy, no AllocConsole, no libgcc dep) — fixes crash at 0xB5A02F8 strlen null
- patches: hIsRobe/hIsChar etc now always true, hookUpdateLocked always bypass, retry for 60s until lobby
- winhttp_proxy: runtime forwarding to C:\Windows\System32\winhttp.dll for all 26 WinHttp* (fixes Wine crash)
- standalone: _patch_collectables_all now exact full sets (BarbedWires 6, Feathers 2, Tickets 7 etc) not superset 8, so HasCollectedAll* passes; diagnose checks WINEDLLOVERRIDES

- Config: add allPets (Crow/Pig/Goat/Rat/Spider/Cat/Pug), allPerks (29 inc Acceleration/Quartermaster etc), flashlights/emotes/outfits; unlockOutfits global
- Resolver: resolve HasPerk/HasPet/UpdateLocked* for Pets/Perks/Flashlights/Emotes/Outfits/Robes
- Patches: hook IsRobe/IsCharacter + HasPerk/HasOutfit + UpdateLockedPets/Perks/Flashlights/Emotes/Outfits/Robes bypass — fixes pets not unlocking
- GUI: 7 tabs (Robes/Chars/Perks/Pets/Flashlights/Emotes/Outfits), Unlock All covers all categories
- Standalone: --perks/--pets/--all now covers all categories, petOverrides etc, list shows 30 robes+9 chars+29 perks+7 pets+8 flashlights+12 emotes+8 outfits
- GUI standalone: 7 notebooks with per-category checkboxes
- BepInEx: add UpdateLocked* prefix patches + HasPerk/HasOutfit, GUI tabs for all
- CI: switch windows-latest to ubuntu-latest mingw cross (git.mithraic.cloud has only linux runner, windows jobs were stuck Waiting)

- Replace hard offsets (0x74B0B0) with il2cpp resolver + string-xref sigscan
- winhttp.dll proxy (zero BepInEx, forwards WinHttp* exports) for Windows + Proton (WINEDLLOVERRIDES=winhttp=n,b)
- Selective ImGui GUI (F6) per-robe/character overrides, persisted to DevourUnlocker.json
- CMake cross-platform build, Linux .so verified
- Standalone Python CLI+Tkinter (CachyOS/Proton paths, compatdata/1274570)
- Install scripts pulling from git releases (install.sh/ps1), BepInEx Harmony fallback, CI build.yml
- Legacy DirectX11 Edition kept as reference, x64/Release artifacts removed
